Dedicated to provide quality environments and services to enrich the lives of older adults  – retired and homeless and children. As you age, your main concern will be to be peaceful and comfortable. We  provide a luxurious home, independent living and services to support your life and an on-site care center if you need it. 

Retired people and couples are one of the residents in Seniors Juniors. There is a one-time entrance fee and a recurring monthly fee. For any floor plan, your home will include bedroom, closet space, bathroom with safety features, water and electric utilities, emergency call system and a patio or balcony. Your pets are your family. So the residents can have their pets at the residence.  

Homeless are one of the three resident categories in Seniors Juniors. Children are the third resident categories. They are also provided with the same services. And of course children are given proper education. We make use of the fee from the retired residents and the love from people around the world.
