Paneer Rice Noodles

Ingredients

  1. Coconut/ Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds – 1 Tbsp
  3. Curry leaves – 4 to 5 (Chopped)
  4. Ginger paste – 1 Tsp
  5. Paneer – 1 Bowl
  6. Carrot & Cabbage – 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
  7. Tomato – 1 (Finely chopped)
  8. Pepper powder – 1/4 Tsp
  9. Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
  10. Brown Sugar – 1/2 Tsp
  11. Salt – 1 Tsp
  12. Mixed herbs – 1/4 Tsp
  13. Cooked Rice Noodles – 1 Cup
  14. Soy sauce – 1 Tsp

How to cook rice noodles?

  1. Add a cup of rice noodles in boiled water and wait till it becomes soft (cooked).
  2. Strain it and store it aside.

Method

  1. Add oil in the saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add coconut/ olive oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste, paneer one by one and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly golden brown.
  3. Add carrot, cabbage and 
    tomato and vegetables you love to eat. Example : potato, beans etc.
  4. Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, brown sugar,  mixed herbs and salt to taste.
  5. Add cooked rice noodles and mix it well.
  6. Add soy sauce and cook it for 5 to 7 mins.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for a couple of minutes.

You can have this recipe for lunch, or dinner.
